A luminous moon ascends amidst the icy fog enveloping the Ore Mountains in the Czech Republic, resembling a colossal eye. This captivating effect is produced by diamond dust, which consists of low-altitude clouds made up of minuscule ice crystals. The event titled “Frozen Worlds” is scheduled to take place at 7 p.m. on Friday, January 17, 2025, at the Harry C. Vaughan Planetarium at the University of Wyoming.
