Altice has agreed to invest millions in enhancing its internet infrastructure as part of a settlement with the state of West Virginia.

As part of the agreement revealed on Friday by Attorney General Patrick Morrisey, Altice USA has committed to investing an extra $40 million in improvements across West Virginia by 2027. Additionally, the company will offer $4 million in account credits to customers and will pay the state $500,000.
